The most effective way to battle sicknesses and diseases is prevention. We need to prevent health complications from happening by staying healthy and life a balanced life. Taking at least one a day vitamins, eating a healthy diet and doing physical exercise are just the best things to do to prevent health problems.

So far, I failed on all these things. I am not religious in taking vitamins. I don’t eat a balanced diet and most of all I don’t do physical exercise. This is the reason why I need to have a change of mind and start doing the things that could prevent health problems in the future!
