A neighbor was complaining about a package she received yesterday with broken items inside. Apparently, the packaging was done poorly. It’s a pity that the courier company wouldn’t be held responsible of it because senders always sign a waiver before sending a package. In this case, it’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure that the items inside the big box are packed securely or being tied with e track before sending it. Otherwise, his/her family back home will be receiving items multiplied into pieces. It’s a good thing though that they were able to take hold of some items in good condition so they were still happy somehow.
