I need to take drastic measures in order to lose weight. I have already secured a copy of an abdominals exercise. I am trying to cut down on my intake of soda and chocolates. And I am already on the look out for weight loss pills that work.
I think that in order for me to effectively lose weight and maintain an ideal figure is to maintain these three key ingredients—workout, diet, and diet pills. I think that one without the other would not work for me because I have already tried all of them at different times. For these desperate times, I need desperate measures. And I think that all three would work if I do them altogether.
Can I do it? Do I have time and money to do all these things? Well, I guess in the long run, doing this now would be cheaper than the health problems that obesity will cause later on.
