Because of our environment and the food we eat, taking health supplements have become a must to everyone. As for me, I take three kinds of health supplements: a multi-vitamin, calcium and vitamin E. I take them almost daily if I don't forget.
My father was the one who gave them to me. He said I need to take them every day so that it can help me stay healthy for the family especially for the children. Aside from that, he also constantly remind me to drink water at least 8 glasses a day which of course I always fail.
