Because of my stressful life as a fulltime stay at home mommy, wife and blogger; I have decided that I should supplement my lifestyle by taking a multivitamin daily. But my father opted that I should take a handful of multivitamins daily because he thinks that one capsule of a certain vitamin is not enough to augment what my body needs. So, when he visited me here last December, he gave me three bottles of health supplements. He said that it's my auntie's Christmas gift to me.
Aside from my breastfeeding supplement, I still have to take in a multivitamin, a vitamin E and a calcium supplements as part of my daily agenda. And guess what?! I sometimes forget to take it daily!!
Anyway, how many capsules do you take as a health supplement? Do you take more than five a day?
