Since my husband is experiencing health problems related to his cholesterol level, he told me that I should lessen my purchases in buying pork. So I told him, we still need pork in our diet since we need proteins too. He told me he prefers fish protein. So, I agreed in what he asked me, I buy pork in moderation now.
Anyway, I also told him that he might want to try natural protein powder as supplement to his needs. I think it also helps in his muscle building plans. I just felt that fish protein is smaller in content compared to pork and maybe a natural protein powder, what do you think?
