Prevention is Effective

The most effective way to battle sicknesses and diseases is prevention. We need to prevent health complications from happening by staying healthy and life a balanced life. Taking at least one a day vitamins, eating a healthy diet and doing physical exercise are just the best things to do to prevent health problems.

So far, I failed on all these things. I am not religious in taking vitamins. I don’t eat a balanced diet and most of all I don’t do physical exercise. This is the reason why I need to have a change of mind and start doing the things that could prevent health problems in the future!

    I know exactly where you're coming from. It's so tough to get motivated enough to make it to the gym on top of a busy schedule. I find that it really helps if I have a workout buddy to bug me until we go!

    It is SO TOUGH to get motivated to work out. I completely understand where you're coming from. Most of the time it really helps me to have somebody to exercise with — a work out buddy to help me get off my butt! Maybe that would help?
