Certain jobs carry dignity along with you. Sometimes, even if the person is without it, the job itself gives the person dignity. Take for example nurses. They are respected and dignified by their own right. They help the medical industry in terms of making lives better. Some lose their dignity, though, over medical malpractice. If a particular nurse is identified, no amount of explanation can give back that person dignity unless she or he moves to another place where no one knows her/him and start with a clean slate and a clean set of nurses uniforms. Yes, being clean gives you dignity visually.
